Well, the best way to describe it is like stretching with a personal trainer. You simply cannot do some of these stretches on your own.

Flex-SmartTM pivoting system
The LifeSpan 1000 fitness machine has a Flex-SmartTM pivoting system which literally does almost all work for you. The system provides you with a range of movement during exercise and accommodates all types of body and flexibility levels.
Also, the machine will assist you to position your body properly for stretching. It will then use the gravity to gently stretch the muscles group that you want to work on while at the same time providing you with a fuller and deeper stretch.
